The River Jazz Festival is giving trumpeter Jean-Paul Estiévenart carte blanche, a rare opportunity to discover new performances steeped in his world and his musical collaborations. Three different concerts in our three venues, for a superb evening with this extraordinary musician!
Jean-Paul Estiévenart and accordionist João Barradas join forces for a moment of musical grace. This encounter, fuelled by their shared admiration for composers such as Bach, promises to be an intimate and poetic experience. Barradas, who has recently appeared alongside Estiévenart in projects by Bo Van der Werf, brings a unique lyrical touch to the acoustic accordion. Together, they will perform original compositions, offering a sensitive and complicit dialogue between trumpet and accordion, full of emotion and virtuosity.
The evening starts at 18:00 at the Jazz Station (Dutch Quartet) and ends at the Marni at 21:00 (Swing Party).
